Check out table 6-9, specifically the “Callers Hear” section. This doc talks about Call Handlers but the “Callers Hear” section is applicable to CUC users and should help you out with this. Make sure to have a personal greeting recorded.

how to NOT play the
Sorry "user" is not avalible, record your message at the tone...
just want to play a personal recording OR a recorded name and take a message
this is for a system call handler
and have tried the untick [ Play the "Record Your Message at the Tone" Prompt]
but it doesn't work.
any ideas,
