[cisco-voip] CUCM Call Restriction

Hello,
Please i need your help on this issue:In previous versions of CUCM (and CCM) the Time Limit on calls was a global
parameter that affected the incoming and outgoing calls (for every user).
Setting a time limit of 5 minutes would drop the call regardless of the fact
if it was an incoming or outgoing call.
In CUCM 8.x is it possible to not limit the incoming calls and/or to choose
which users are affected by the time limit or even restrict only the Outbound calls and not the internal call. So that when someone calls from outside the call remains but when calling external from the company after 10mins the call drops. Meanwhile, i do not want this to affect the internal calls at all.
