[cisco-voip] CUCM 10.0.1 location out of resources fix?

This is the first time this has popped up since our upgrade from 8.6.2 to 10. I know the location and CAC has changed with 10, but is there still a way to resync bandwidth when CUCM thinks the link is saturated?

We aren't using any enhanced locations or anything fancy. Our locations have remained untouched since the upgrade. Today, we received the location out of bandwidth message in RTMT. Any pointers on resolving this in 10? I can't locate a "resync bandwidth" option.
