[cisco-voip] CUCM 10.0.1 location out of resources fix?

This is old, I’ve been out of the office. Just wanted to say that restarting the service worked as expected. Thanks for the tip.

I did a bit of research and reading on this and my best guess is that the “resync bandwidth” option went away when we got enhanced locations in CUCM, which also came along with a new service to track location stats.

Thanks,
Nick

Can you just restart the Location Bandwidth Manager service? I think that's what I've done in the past. Also of note, if you stop the LBM, all calls are permitted, not denied. So, you technically could run with the service stopped for a short while.

This is the first time this has popped up since our upgrade from 8.6.2 to 10. I know the location and CAC has changed with 10, but is there still a way to resync bandwidth when CUCM thinks the link is saturated?

We aren’t using any enhanced locations or anything fancy. Our locations have remained untouched since the upgrade. Today, we received the location out of bandwidth message in RTMT. Any pointers on resolving this in 10? I can’t locate a “resync bandwidth” option.

Thanks,
Nick
