[cisco-voip] strange shared line behavior on 88XX phones

I'd try to get simultaneous captures from 2 phones with the delay between
them to see if CUCM is sending the SIP Invite delayed.  You could also
check the CallManager traces to see if all the Invites go out the same time
but that doesn't mean they didn't get queued up on the OS side if TCP.  You
can do a capture on the CUCM subscriber with "utils network capture eth0
size all count 100000 file 88xxtest" to see if they hit the wire at the
same time.
