[cisco-voip] Softkeys missing on 796X on secondary line pickup

It's a pain trying to do it through the external bug search tool but I've
adapted :)
I'm not finding anything on that CIPC bug. Unfortunately, I'm not sure you
would get much traction with any CIPC issue in the BU right now.
