[cisco-voip] 8800 series not using top line off hook

Replaced 7900 series phones with 8800 series at a site. Users with multiple lines noticed if they answer a colleagues extension the phone will have that line selected after the call.

I have enabled the Always use Prime Line and it still stays on the colleagues line if answered.

Any suggestions here?

Firmware is 10.3.x
