Hi Aaron,

Yes the 8800 series phones do this.  One workaround is to enable the field "Show All Calls on Primary Line" on the phone.

Replaced 7900 series phones with 8800 series at a site. Users with multiple lines noticed if they answer a colleagues extension the phone will have that line selected after the call.

I have enabled the Always use Prime Line and it still stays on the colleagues line if answered.

Any suggestions here?

Firmware is 10.3.x
