There was a setting somewhere that needed to be changed...it might have been the encryption setting but I can't find it in my notes.

Does it work from the 'thick' desktop client or does that also fail after 30 seconds? Are all of your licenses installed? Before the rebrand there were two license files. A general file for the Acano product and another for xmpp.
