It's been a while since I last posted an update on the visualization
software I've been developing for UCCX, some of you may recall the original
goal was to convert AEF's into Visio diagrams. After a great deal of work
and feedback from community members we ultimately scrapped this project in
favor of building a tool that would not only create call flow diagrams, but
also produce the AEF file.


It is my great pleasure to announce to this community the general
availability of ContactView for Cisco UCCX!


For those that don't know, ContactView is a web based platform that allows
the drag and drop creation of call flows. It is built with best practices
built right in, allowing you to validate your designs and the generated
output at the same time, and it includes long demanded features such as
automatic versioning. You can view an example video of an older version at

I'm so very excited about what we have here and the feedback has just been
tremendous. I'd love to get feedback from community members. If anyone
