[cisco-voip] Integrate ROLM 9751 to Cisco ISR 4331

Hi all,

I am working on trying to migrate some legacy ROLM PRI connections from
Cisco 3825 to Cisco ISR 4331.  I am trying to figure out the correct
configuration on the ISR.  The current configuration on the 3825 looks like
this:

Config 3825:

This is what I have on the ISR 4331 and some of the PRIs ran clean and
others had frame slips on the ROLM side.
