That is a brilliant question.
Checking the jabber-config.xml, looks like we have a line for both PrimaryServer as well as BDIPrimaryServer?

Both are pointed on port 389 to our primary and secondary DCs

So for some reason I never remember this being an issue in the past for other organizations, but my current organization is showing some weird activity with the “call” button in jabber. So the number on the main page of the AD user is showing for their “Work” number, and their “Mobile” shows up, but “Fax” does not (which makes sense) but the issue I’m having is that “IP Phone” is not showing up as an option. Now, normally we have IP Phone and Main as the same number, but some people have their DID set as their main number. Is there any way we can make Jabber show both?
