[cisco-voip] Caller ID issue

pretty sure that callerID with MGCP FXO ports is not supported.

Cisco UCM 8.0 with 2801 in MGCP mode. 
Telco is sending Name and Number to us. 
Phones only ever display Number. 

In UCM, selected phones have both Caller Name and Caller Number ticked. 

Anything else could be preventing us from getting Names?
