[cisco-voip] Slightly OT but interesting

Saw this and thought it was pretty cool, figured others on this list might
also. Voice app designed to "talk" to telemarketers/robocallers.

I've seen other services that just hangs up on them. This one actually sits
there and tries to talk to them and connect to a live agent.
