[cisco-voip] UPPERCASE lowercase host names

My thought process is to pick either one, and make it all that way. There have been bugs over time related to case sensitivity where it shouldn't. We have had issues where naming media resources not in all CAPs changes how it selects the resource.

Whatever you pick, I think consistency is the most important aspect.

Hi All,

I'm sure I read somewhere on a Cisco Doc that all UC hostname should be set up using lowercase name. But I can't seem to find anything documented with the exception of CWMS documents.

Can anyone clarify this and hopefully point me to a relevant document.
