[cisco-voip] UPPERCASE lowercase host names

Hi Matthew,

I think you could be referring to a restriction that was pre CM 4.x. But
from CM 5.x I think it just matters to make it consistent. Where I think it
could be a problem is if let's say you have a system with hostname in
uppercase and proper DRF backup. Then due to system failure, you need a DRF
restore but during install you use the hostname in lowercase, then I think
you will have problems.
