[cisco-voip] Does Cisco Jabber (windrows) Conflict with MS Lync

To follow up on my own reply, if your contact only has a single way to call
them, there is no drop down, it just becomes a one click. Also, in case
there was confusion there, your JID is not related to or considered to be,
a way to call the contact. It's only used as a way to IM them. In other
words, even if your contacts don't have a Directory URI, they still have a
JID.
