[cisco-voip] how to tell if a user has IM&P enabled?

Any quick way to find out whether a user has had IM&P enabled on a system? When I do a search and look at their profile, it shows a Chat (IM address) even though they are not enabled. 

My concern (in the short term) is that until we enable everyone for this feature, people who are using it won't really know who has the tool and who doesn't. 

I can start off by saying only those who have contact photo's are enabled, but in the long term, that might not work. 

Thoughts?
