[cisco-voip] CUCM 11.5 Upgrade from 11.0 Requires PUT?

I have upgraded a few systems to 11.5. No new license, but the software is crap. I already have 3 bugs found in the first week. One of them is you cannot import phones via BAT, the other two are ccmadmin showing bad stuff, like the device model enum instead of the model name in device search.

When I tried to download the 11.5 file a few days ago, CCO showed as "Additional entitlement required" and I couldn't even download it. My SE suggested we 'order' the PUT SW upgrade, which we did yesterday; today I can now download the upgrade file from the same place on CCO. This may just be complete coincidence, just something I noticed.
