[cisco-voip] sync issue ?

The loggers should be up to date and in sync w/ each other. HDS's might be
slightly out of sync, but loggers should always have the same data. If
there was an outage and you were in simplex for a bit, then it might take
loggers a bit to catch up, but they should after a day. If not updating,
you have bigger issues. :)
