[cisco-voip] Unity Connection 7.0.2.10000-38 Kernal error

kernel: drivers/usb/input/hid-core.c: can't resubmit intr,
0000:00:1d.2-1.1/input1, status -19

Researching this error it sounds like this is a redhat error but I can't be
sure on what it's saying it broke.

Have any of you gotten this before?
