Also, as Anthony mentions, the identity (server) certificate goes into tomcat and the root CA and intermediary CAs go into tomcat-trust.

Did you also install the root CA and all/any intermediaries leading up to the identity certificate on all nodes? As a matter of practice, I always start with the root and build my way out to the identity, on each node.

We installed the multi-server SAN cert for tomcat and now the IM&P data monitor service is in an unknown state according to the system troubleshooter.

The SAN cert is installed to tomcat-trust so it shouldn't be a cert issue.  Done service restarts, reboots and nothing seems to resolve this.

Anyone seen something like this before?
