[cisco-voip] Query or report to find devices that have video calling enabled?

Different table sizes.  Most things would use the 4k.

I don't remember if it's just certain phone models that have more options
that would end up in the 8k and 16k or if it's just based on how many
non-default options you have configured that bumps it up into the next
level.
