Does this have a Side Car? we had a problem with this awhile back, not sure if same model but we had to roll back.

We have 8851 phones, just upgraded to the new firmware, now we have issues.
When a phone call is in the process of being transferred and a new call comes in the phone will not let you finish the transfer. How can we stop this issue?
Anyone have a solution - besides rolling back the firmware?
