Are you running 10-3-1-20?  I think that is the one with the bugwe are running 10-2-2-16

When a phone call is in the process of being transferred and a new call comes in the phone will not let you finish the transfer. How can we stop this issue?

Anyone have a solution - besides rolling back the firmware?
