If the phone didn't exist before you do have to reload the cluster to get it to work. Hitless installs were only added in 11.5

David,

After installing the dev pack and firmware did you have to reload your entire cluster or just the tftp service? TAC is claiming I have to reload my cluster to get the phone to register.

I was able to configure 4 out of the 6 that I got last week. The two that I cannot get to work are having issues with the wireless connection. They are not getting a default route. The other 4 connected without an issue.

One thing to note, when I loaded the dev pack for 9.1.2, it did not include the firmware and I had to load it separately.

I do, just tried it on Wednesday, but I have not figured out why it's not working. I am running 11.5SU1+ES

Anyone had problems with a 8821 not registering to CUCM?

I'm running 9.1.2 and have installed device pack 9.1(2.15130) and the newest firmware for the 8821s. My phone is joined to the same wireless network as my current 7925s and can pull it's config file from the TFTP server but never registers.

Thank you,
