[cisco-voip] FN for ASA/FTD

I realize ASA/Firepower doesn't have much to do with voice organically, however, it does often participate with voice traffic flows so it worth making sure the list sees the field notice for ASA 9.x FTD 6.x. Basically, devices running the impacted versions of code may (read that as "it probably will") lockup and stop passing traffic after 213 days and 12'ish hours of uptime.
