[cisco-voip] UCCX 11.6 pre-release communication and webinar

I just registered for the event, and the date & time came out as:

   - Date and Time: Tuesday, Aug 22, 2017 01:00 pm, Singapore Time
   (Singapore, GMT+08:00)

For those of us in the US, this should help:

   - Pacific: 10:00pm Previous Day, August 21
   - Mountain: 11:00pm Previous Day, August 21
   - Central: 12:00am Same Day, August 22
   - Eastern: 1:00am Same Day, August 22

For non-Daylight Saving Time observers
