Thanks Brian - something like this was just what I was looking for. Are there ISP reps in that group just like how we sometimes get Cisco reps in here?

Do you guys have any good way to track provider outages? Our CenturyLink SIP circuit just got hit with what the provider describes as a “major system outage” and it’d be nice to have somewhere to get that information without waiting a half hour for the ticket update
