[cisco-voip] Weird One: Discrete Right Audio Channel doesn't get sent out Jabber and WebEx

I don't believe WebEx or Jabber does stereo.  Probably just pulling the
left stream in as mono.

You'll probably need an adapter or mixer to combine the 2 channels into a
mono channel.
