If you are using CUIC you are probably hitting this bug:
CSCul18667 - CUIC doesnt purge JMX logs

Symptom:
CUIC log purge doesn't clean up logs under JMX folder

Conditions:
CUIC doesn't provide any mechanism to control the size for JMX logs and doesn't delete the logs under /opt/cisco/cuic/logs/jmx/ as part of log purge

Workaround:
Can delete by going to RTMT -> Trace & Log Central -> Remote Browse -> Nodes -> specific node -> UCCX -> Cisco Unified Intelligence Center Servicability Service -> jmx -> select all -> Delete

Or

Delete the JMX logs via CLI admin by running the below command:

file delete activelog /cuic/logs/jmx/*.log recurs noconfirm

Further Problem Description:
CUIC Log Purge mechanism has been fixed completely via CSCuv76430.

Unreal. RTMT tells me all the log files Im trying to delete are either not found or in use….some of these files are from 2013 etc. Maybe a reboot is needed?

Funny this is all happening now as I plan to upgrade the entire cluster to 10.6

One quick way would be to download and delete the old logs for every service. Other than that I’m not sure.

Webpage when uploading a completed script. I think its a disk space issue with the common partition.

Ideas on how to free up space?

Was the error message when you were trying to save from within the CCX Editor or was it from the web page?
