[cisco-voip] Moving calls to/from jabber apps

Yes, basic hold resume works because of the shared line behavior.  I
thought you meant something else.

Just make sure you don't have privacy turned on, on either line appearance,
otherwise you might not see the call one the desk phone once placed on hold.

Also, in my quick testing this morning, I could hold a call on my TCT
device while on MRA or not, and resume it from my desk phone, but I could
not hold a call on my desk phone and resume it on my TCT device, MRA or not.
