Thanks for following up. I'm going to have to do some testing and document what works and what doesn't in our environment.

Yes, basic hold resume works because of the shared line behavior. I thought you meant something else.

Just make sure you don't have privacy turned on, on either line appearance, otherwise you might not see the call one the desk phone once placed on hold.

Also, in my quick testing this morning, I could hold a call on my TCT device while on MRA or not, and resume it from my desk phone, but I could not hold a call on my desk phone and resume it on my TCT device, MRA or not.

I'm going to chalk it up to a ridiculous set of circumstances before a long weekend where we couldn't get it working. I'll try again.

I would be astonished if hold/resume did not work.

So, if someone answers a Jabber call on their mobile phone (via jabber client) and walks into their office and wants to continue the call on their desktop, this is not possible?

I was hoping at least a hold and resume function was there.

I see the use case. And when my manager asks, it's hard for me to argue.

Why do you think that this is possible at all? Or are you just seeing if it is possible? I haven't heard of anyone ever doing this in the past.

For the life of me, I can't seem to figure out how to move a jabber (video) call from one app to another, i. e. windows to mobile and back.

What am I missing?
