[cisco-voip] CUCM v9 All Phones Extn Mobility feature stopped working

Anyone had problems with EM ?

 

*	Last week all phone users could not log into their phones / the Call
centre users could not log into their queues.
*	Error message: "Host not found"
*	checked EM feature was installed and service running and confirmed
all ok.
*	checked Tomcat service running
*	Selected "updated subscriptions" and after 15 minutes of updating (
there are 1200 users ) all started working again.

 

Anyone experienced this ?
