[cisco-voip] Device Registration via MRA and CMG Failover

*Setup*
Single Expressway-E (X8.7)
Single Expressway-C (X8.7)
CUCM Pub (11.0)
CUCM Sub (11.0)
CMG Sub > Pub
*Execute*
All desk phones and soft-phones are currently registered to CUCM Sub
Drop CUCM Sub for maintenance
All desk phones and soft-phones unregister and stay this way
Switch CMG to Pub > Sub
All desk phones and soft-phones register to CUCM Pub
According to the Jabber 11.8 deployment guide, there is a table which says
failover/high availability is not yet supported for audio/video.

None of the 7800/8800/DX/Expressway/MRA documentation states that this is
unsupported, however, I may just be over looking it.
Can anyone help me find that info, or have some personal experience to
share?
