Cisco Unified Intelligence Center Premium License is applicable only to the
Standalone Cisco Unified Intelligence Center and included in Cisco Unified
Contact Center Express Premium at no extra cost.

And then for the HA in UCCX Premium comment, you know, since I couldn't
find info on that relatively quickly, I'm going to admit that I might have
that information incorrect.
