try ‘risdb query…’ commands from CLI on cucm. restart ccm process, or ideally whole cucm server.

We are getting a genErr all of a sudden when trying to do phone refreshes. String is correct and tried using SNMPv3 also.
Have restarted InformaCast and restarted SNMP Agent on UCM.
Anything else shy of a reboot followed by a possible TAC Case?
