Well utils diagnose test worked fine and a reboot didn’t fix it either. Off to TAC Land we go. Thanks Wes and Ryan!

Just throwing this out as something to try before a cluster reboot .... "utils diagnose test" see if the ntp or reverse DNS test modules hiccup.

try ‘risdb query…’ commands from CLI on cucm. restart ccm process, or ideally whole cucm server.

We are getting a genErr all of a sudden when trying to do phone refreshes. String is correct and tried using SNMPv3 also.
Have restarted InformaCast and restarted SNMP Agent on UCM.

Anything else shy of a reboot followed by a possible TAC Case?
