[cisco-voip] Expert-Level Cert Renewal

I recommend you look through the credit options.  So far most of the
courses I found range between $500 and $1000 and they only give you a max
of 40 credits.  So this could be a great idea but execution not so clean.
It's still significantly cheaper to just pay and take the test again versus
the $3k or so I estimated it will cost me to take classes and pass based on
points alone.
