I did not open a TAC case, because Matthew was so kind as to have lead me
down the path to fixing it myself. I'll see if I can get the logs for you,
but unicast email.
On a related topic to UCCX v11.5(1)SU1, I'm shocked this is still a
problem, and that I have to make this change to Finesse. Every. Single.
Time.
