In our CCX environment, we don't have ASR, but we have a desire for a script placed against a SQL database to use an account number to grab information to report to the user. One of these pieces of information is the account owner's name, and we would like for this to be repeated back to the user to verify their identity. So something along the lines of:

* Please enter your account number.

* Thank you. Am I speaking with [Name from Database]? Press 1 for yes, and 2 for no.
Would it be possible for this name to automatically be generated as a prompt like Unity does with new users?
