Hi Gray,

Simply configure the following:

1.       A working hours schedule (from 8:30 AM to 5 PM on selected week days).

2.       Assign this schedule to your AA call handler.

3.       Once you did this any time period outside the configured schedule will be treated as closed.

4.       Go to Edit> Transfer Rules menu option and choose the Closed transfer rule, enable it and from transfer action choose transfer call to greeting.

5.       Go to Edit> Greetings menu and activate both standard and closed greeting and upload the required audio messages respectively.
That’s it now during working hours (configured schedule) callers will hear standard greeting and outside these hours callers will hear closed greeting.

My school client uses the alternate greeting for after hours messages.

Is there a way to schedule the alternate greeting to turn on after 5pm each day, then revert back at 8:30am to the standard greeting
