Hi Ahmed

My client is not using AA, but thx for the feedback

I found the issue was the mailbox was corrupted , it was saying the standard greeting was disabled and yet it wod play recorded messages from the standard greeting and it kept failing to respond to the schedule 

I fixed it by deleting the mailbox , recreating and then turning back on the 3 greetings I needed.

After this it worked as per the schedule
