[cisco-voip] SX20 Remote Control Dialing IP address through CUCM

Hi Guys,

    I'm with a litle issue with sx20 or sx10 dial IP address from remote
control by the user.

    As the document with link bellow. I'm using to dial on video endpoints
registered on CUCM to IP Address with * . Example :  200*10*10*10

   When the user tries to put the third * , sx20 or sx10 automatically
changes to . , so, user needs to backspace and put * again.

     Do we have some configurations to make sx10 and sx10 does not change
automatically * for . ?

     I didn't find anything about this.
