[cisco-voip] SX20 Remote Control Dialing IP address through CUCM

You want to dial x.x.x.x at domain.com based on that example.  Just use the
dots, not stars.  I've also seen people setup for x.x.x.x at ip dialing where
ip is the literal "ip".
