[cisco-voip] SX20 Remote Control Dialing IP address through CUCM

I've always found the * method a bit clunky and non user friendly.  I used
to use %ip_address%@ip but have since changed to using @outside for the
domain instead.  Some end users tend to get confused when you tell them
"type ip at ip".  It's a lot easier to say "type the ip address @ outside".
In either scenario you will need to add a SIP Route Pattern on CUCM to send
to Expressway Core or VCS Control, then a Transform on the Expressway Core
or VCS Control that strips the @outside suffix off of the call.
