[cisco-voip] Upgrading from CUCM/IM&P 10.5.2 to 11.5.1 SU3A

We're planning to upgrade from CUCM/IM&P 10.5.2 to 11.5.1 SU3A in the near future. Has anyone experienced any issues during/after the upgrade or has it been fairly smooth? Also, what new features in 11.5 are adding value post upgrade?
