[cisco-voip] External monitoring?

HI,

We are looking into 3rd party external voice call testing / alarming service.

Synthetic/scheduled dialing from the PSTN to our environment.  Graphs, stats, etc. and upon and failures e-mail or text alerting.

Anyone know a firm/service that does this?
