Yep, just configure your trunk group first:

trunk group PSTN
 description PSTN Trunks
 hunt-scheme sequential
!

Then assign the ports you want to the trunk group:

voice-port 0/2/0
 trunk-group PSTN 1
 description +16125551212
!

voice-port 0/2/1
 trunk-group PSTN 2
 description +16125551313
!

Then tell you dial-peer to use the trunk group as opposed to your port:

dial-peer voice 2298 pots
 trunkgroup PSTN
 description PSTN Calls
 destination-patter 2298
 prefix 5197412298
!
