[cisco-voip] IM&P v9 sync agent on subscribers?

I can't recall if I need to enable the sync agent on the IMP subscribers. When I run the dashboard I get this error on the subscribers.

I'm pretty sure I read in the deployment notes that I only need to run this on the publisher. But now I'm questioning myself.
